How do you estimate a project?
After an initial call I review your data sources and requirements, then provide a written proposal breaking the work into phases with a day estimate for each. You approve the estimate before any work begins.
Can you work on a fixed-price basis?
Yes. For well-defined pieces of work I'm happy to agree a fixed price based on the scoped day estimate, so your budget is certain.
Do you offer ongoing support or retainers?
Yes. Many clients book a regular allocation of days per month for enhancements, new reports and support. Retainer days count towards the volume discounts above.
How are you invoiced?
Typically monthly in arrears for days worked, or by milestone for fixed-price projects. Payment terms are 30 days.
Do you work with schools and academy trusts?
